Voices in the Middle is a safe place where young people aged 13 to 19 years old, who are in the middle of their parents splitting up, can find a place to share their voice, read helpful and age-appropriate content plus connect with support designed just for them.

What support is available?
Your children can find content on what happens when parents split up, who is involved and who they can talk to. They can also read about feelings they may be going through and how to have their voice heard.
We also encourage young people to ‘talk to someone’ and have discussion boards, group chats, a freephone helpine, SMS messaging and webchat counselling available for them. These are run by our service partner, The Mix, who are one of the largest support services for young people in the UK.
